I know how tough it is to talk about the painful things that have brought you here. My aim is that counselling is the space that you can melt into each week, where you can be honest and let it out, where you know someone has got you.

You're probably hard on yourself. Feeling anxious, low or lost is hard enough and then we pile frustration or shame on top. Together, we'll work on finding you again and figure out the next steps from there.

I love it when my clients get to the stage where they start to tell me what they think I'll say next! You'll leave counselling with the knowledge to understand yourself and those around you, helping you to move forward and take on whatever may come your way.
