We'll explore what's happened to you, not what's wrong with you because you are a person, not a list of symptoms. The patterns you're stuck in are probably responses to things that have happened and together, we'll make sense of it all so you can move forward.
My approach uses Person-Centred Therapy, Gestalt, CBT, creative techniques, and inner child work which means I can adapt to create a style that works for you.
You’ll leave counselling with an understanding that helps you to move forward and take on whatever may come your way.
