What is Counselling?
I describe counselling as a chance to Pause...Explore...Understand...and Change.
You can take time to pause and talk with someone who is separate from your everyday life. We can explore the things that are important to you to build connections and understanding that can help you to create positive change.
My Approach
I strongly believe in a trauma-informed approach. We'll take a 'zoomed out' view of the things you are struggling with because you are a person, not a diagnosis or a list of symptoms. You have experienced a whole lifetime of things that may be contributing to where you are now. Together, we'll make sense of everything and find a path forward.

Teens
I have many years of supporting teens.​
Whether you're struggling at school or at home or if relationships or self confidence are feeling tough. I will listen without judgement to help you to untangle what’s going on and find a way forward.
