My approach to counselling is integrative, meaning that I am trained in multiple techniques. The techniques that I use are guided by and tailored to each client and your hopes for our work together.
Counselling is all about the quality of our relationship so it is important to me that you feel comfortable and safe to share your experiences with me.
Testimonials
I have had just over 10 sessions with Rhi and during that time, with her wonderful help, support and guidance my anxiety improved immeasurably allowing me again to enjoy day to day life. I can't recommend or thank Rhi enough.
In my lowest, Rhi managed to get me looking for the positive and made everything more manageable.
